NoWhere 2 Ride, Inc. is a 501(c)3, public charity which supports public skateparks by issuing grants. All donations are tax deductible.
Our organization came about as a result of our experience of trying to raise funds for a skatepark in our hometown. We discovered few grants are available and how much time and energy is spent raising funds for projects of this magnitude.
Our mission is to make this process a little easier by having created an organization that raises funds to support "Public Skateparks".
Communities must start filling a void that has existed in the park systems for many years and still exists today. The necessity for public skateparks and the safety issues created by NOT having them needs to be acknowledged.
Our goals are to bring more public awareness to these issues as well as educating the public to the physical, mental, and social benefits that are received by those using skateparks.
